As a Porter/Valet at our Stroudsburg location, we ask that you be prepared to handle these daily tasks as well as others of a similar nature on an as-needed basis:

• Welcome all guests into the service lane
• Provide information, answer questions, and direct guests to the appropriate service advisor
• Visually inspect the vehicle
• Complete the initial vehicle in processing
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles
• Assists guests with information or special requests
• Provide solutions for guests’ non-vehicle needs
• Arrange for guests’ off-site accommodations or transportation when requested
• Quickly, politely, and professionally determine appropriate routing for customer inquiries
• Assist with the technology portion of the new car delivery
• Perform well under pressure
• Display patience and empathy with frustrated guests
• Maintain the appearance and services of the drive-up area
• Maintain the appearance and services of the guest waiting area
• Assist with clerical and data entry tasks as requested

As a Porter/Valet, we ask that you bring these basic skills with you and be prepared to contribute to the success of our team immediately:

• High school diploma
• A degree in a relevant field is a plus
• One year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident
• An extreme level of patience
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional time management skills
• Aptitude for resolving issues and achieving customer satisfaction
